In 2016, Nadine Merabi, a self-taught seamstress, founded her own direct-to-consumer fashion brand in Manchester. The brand's range of statement women's suits, dresses, and jumpsuits retail between £85 and £545 and are popular among both domestic and international customers. 

We pitched a proposed marketing strategy securing an initial 3-month project in February '21 which led to a 14-month role reporting directly with the MD Blue Wilson and Nadine Merabi. 

WHAT WE ACHIEVED:

- Managed a £1m budget achieving over £10 : £1 ROAS

- Managed all acquisition (Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok)
- Grew email sign-ups by 100k, hired and managed the CRM team
- Increased traffic in all markets UK, EU, US, and launching UAE 
- Introduced Asana workflow process to increase graphic output
- Launched Nadine Merabi Bridal with styles selling out in 24hr

The US is the brand's second-largest market, accounting for 45% of sales.

Instagram is the main channel for the brand's communication, with the number of followers growing from 150k to 1m by Q3 '22.

As a result of the brand's success, Merabi grew her employee count from 11 in 2020 to over 90 in 2022. The brand's revenue also increased to £20m, up 700% YOY, with international sales accounting for 55% of the total.
