






Founded in 2020, Extro&Vert had a vision of offering lasting fashion, timeless style, and accessible luxury to the modern-day consumer. The brand faced a major challenge when a major wholesaler fell into administration. In this scenario, Extro&Vert turned to Modernity Marketing to help them successfully transition from wholesale to the direct-to-consumer (D2C) business model.
The goal of this transition was to gain more control over pricing, better customer relationships, greater flexibility, increased brand awareness, better data collection, and increased profit margins over wholesale distribution.
To achieve this goal, Modernity Marketing introduced a new stylist/designer to Extro&Vert who lead on product development for a new AW '22/'23 collection, working with Extro&Vert's in-house product development team.
WHAT WE DID:
Sourced and managed models, photographers, a studio, and makeup artists in Manchester to shoot and film a 21-piece collection for both e-commerce and their ad campaign.
Executed all photo and video editing for the website and ads.
Owned the website look and feel, working with a developer to tweak a Shopify theme, uploaded product content, wrote product descriptions,
Launched, and advised on budgets for ad channels across YouTube, Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, push notifications, SMS, and email.
RESULTS:
The results of this 12-month process were outstanding. The brand sold out on coats and outerwear within 4 weeks of the launch. The team are now working on new collections for S/S.
