

Founded in Manchester in 1989, Bench. has been a leader in the streetwear industry for over 30 years and has a strong presence in Europe and Canada. The brand wanted to enhance their e-commerce photography and produce social media content, graphic design support, influencer outreach and email communications. They enlisted the services of Modernity Marketing to achieve this goal.
CREATIVE MANAGEMENT:
Modernity Marketing's team worked closely with Bench's team to direct the overall creative vision for photo shoots that would be used globally. Modernity Marketing's team sourced models, photographers, make-up artists, studios and locations whilst dealing with filming insurance, permits and permissions. Modernity Marketing managed the schedule and coordinated all parties to ensure everything ran smoothly. A shot list was created and 80 looks a day were shot. The final images were edited and reviewed to ensure they met the desired aesthetic and effectively showcased the clothing. Bench was pleased with the results, and Moderity Marketing continued to support on a number of e-com and lifestyle shoots over two years across menswear, womenswear and childrenswear, before the role was taken in-house.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:
Modernity Marketing developed and implemented Bench's social media strategy, managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, managing paid advertising campaigns, collaborating with other teams, and staying up to date with industry trends. They used metrics to measure the success of their efforts and make adjustments to improve the overall performance. They also kept up with the latest trends and best practices to ensure they were providing the best social media strategy and campaigns.
EMAIL MANAGEMENT:
Modernity Marketing provided support for creating and executing email campaigns, developing email marketing strategy, building and managing email lists, creating and designing email campaigns, sending and testing emails, analyzing and optimizing campaigns, and staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing. They used data and metrics to measure the success of the email campaigns and make adjustments to improve the overall performance.
INFLUENCER OUTREACH:
Modernity Marketing's team was responsible for identifying, building relationships with, and managing campaigns with social media influencers to promote Bench's products or services. Gifting at least 5 influencers a week, analysing sales and reporting on the results weekly.
